As the country opens up, more people return to physical activities after a period away from their favourite sports. This may lead to them picking up more injuries, as they may have been deconditioned during the lockdown. Some of these sports injuries can be treated non-surgically with RICE principles; while others need surgical intervention in order for them to return to sports.
