Healthier SG is an initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) which allows you to appoint a family doctor to develop a health plan personalised to your unique needs. When enrolled with us, your appointed family doctor will oversee all your healthcare needs, including monitoring your health goals, and providing guidance on health screenings and vaccinations to go for.
- 40 years old and above with existing chronic illness
- 60 years old and above
- Singaporeans or permanent resident
From July 2023, residents aged 60 years and above will be progressively be invited via SMS to enrol. SMS invitations also will be sent progressively to those ages 40 – 59 years old.

Earn 3000 or $20 worth of Healthpoints after your first health plan consultation.
Enjoy fully subsidised nationally-recommended vaccinations (for Singapore Citizens).
Patients can opt for subsidised chronic tier drug (from early 2024).

How to Enrol
FAQ
All Singaporeans and permanent residents are eligible for Healthier SG. Residents from the following age groups will be progressively invited via SMS in phases:
- 60 years old and above.
- 40 – 59 years old

Enrolment for Healthier SG is not compulsory. However, it is strongly encouraged as building a strong relationship with a family clinic ensures good health, early detection of issues, and effective management with your preferred healthcare provider.
By enrolling with Healthier SG, you not only receive improved healthcare, subsidies, and comprehensive team-based care, but also gain the ability to prevent chronic conditions and complications, bringing peace of mind to both you and your loved ones.
Yes, you may help your parent enrol for Healthier SG in the ‘For Dependant’ section in your Healthier SG profile from the HealthHub app or website. Find out how to register here.
You will enjoy a first free consultation plan at StarMed. Subsequently, each consultation will cost $30 excluding GST, and medication, treatments, lab or diagnostic investigations.
All eligible residents will be required to enrol for Healthier SG first before booking an appointment. Once enrolled, patients may book an appointment by contacting us here.
